Just put it into a translator, and I'm pretty sure you are saying that you have been double charged; am I correct? Let me know if I'm not!
If this is the case, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to refund you the second payment.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
