paid for premium but didn't receive it

paid for premium but didn't receive it

I just paid for premium via iTunes, and got an error message saying something along the lines of "in-app purchases are not available in your area" (I live in the US) and that I had to stay a free account. However, the money was removed from my itunes account anyway, and in my subscriptions on iTunes it says I am paying for spotify. How do I get premium having already paid for it?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Try subscribing from your account overview.

 

To get a refund, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can look into it for you.
If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
