paid for premium but still on free

My original account seemed to lock me out .... because to pay for premium you needed to sign in outside of the app... and my user ID ..email... or password was wrong... but the app logged in and out just fine


My solution.... create a new account and pay for premium. ..

...so I did and it has yet to switch from free...

...it would be superb if I could F+^!*¥ talk to a person ...the website contact us link is just a FAQ... contact on twitter. ..omg get real... and the send us an email.link sent me in circles....

Love your service..i am a returning customer ... wish your customer service was just as good...

It sounds to me like you may have upgraded your old account... 

 

Could you please try logging in again and checking if you have premium access on that account? If it does not allow you to log into that account could you please give me the message that it gives you?
