paid premium, but account still "free"

Hi, I paid for premium 7 days ago, and it worked fine for some days.

Today I wanted to use it and saw that it was free again. Checked on the website and it also says it is a free account.

I got a receipt number (<removed sensitive information>) and the payment is reflected on mi credit card.

Could you help me to get back my premium status?

Hey @gastonchrist,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

I also have this issue!! I bought premium

for 3 months for my daughter on christmas eve. It worked for a week and tomorrow not anymore... also the link in the confirmation email did not work for her. I think I did something wrong by bying it on my own email adress in stead of hers?? Any idea How I can fix this please??
