My Question or Issue

I have reset my password on my computer, but when I try and login on my phone it tells me my password is incorrect!

Hey there @Tinman1, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you let me know if you have any difficulties logging in via your computer? If not, please try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps. You can also send me a screenshot of what happens when you try to log in. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community
