password email not received

password email not received

I'm trying to get my password for using spotify with soundrop but I never receive the email with the password. My email is correct and I checked the spam section.

Are you trying to set a device password or is this a password reset for your account login?

i'm trying to set a device password here https://www.spotify.com/it/account/set-device-password/ I clicked on the button to request the password link by email but I've never received it. I've tried 2 or 3 times.

Ah I get you now!

 

If you drop the Spotify support guys an email using the online contact form they will be able to get one of those emails out to you manually.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
