password reset does not work

I have followed the password reset link and chosen a new password, but when I try to login in the app it tells me I'm using the wrong password

We'd recommend resetting your password once again and make sure to use the new one. Here you can do it https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/. If you're sure that the password is the correct one, try to log in from another device.
