If you're not getting any emails in your spam/junk folders or any other filtered folders, it possible that you used a different email to sign up for Spotify. Could you have a scan for emails from "hello@spotify.com" in the email accounts that you own to determine which one you used for Spotify?

Hello, this is an ongoing issue for me as well. I only have two email address and have gone through both. I am 100% sure the provided email is correct and Spotify is NOT sending the reset link for some reason. I absolutely do not want to make a new account and reconfigure all of my settings and try to remember what's on my playlists. Please help

Thanks for reaching out about this. If you made sure to check all your junk/spam and other filtered folders, and tried all possible email addresses you own but still don't get the email, it's best to reach out to Spotify here. Hopefully they can take a look backstage and see what's going on.
