password reset- not working

I have hit reset password and then it allows me to create a new password and confirm it, every time I do this, it says an error message and will not let me get logged in. I put in my username hit forgot password, it does send me the email, I then click the link in email, create new password/confirm it and then a screen comes up and says your session has been expired. There is no time lapse, I am immediately going to my email right after I hit reset password.

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
