paused because account used somewhere else

Am getting this error message after 2 mins.

However, There is no other device logged into spotify. 

I have change the password and still get this error message. 

Anyone an idea whats going on?

Welcome to the community 🙂 

There could be the possibility that someone else is signed into Spotify using your log in details, changing your password will not prevent them from using it until they either log out or have their connection reset. 

I have requested for a staff member to look into this for you 😉 if someone else is signed into your account they will be able to reset their connection.

Hi Danomyte - Right now no one is logged into your account. Are you still experiencing this issue?

I get exactly the same issue.  I am currently on holiday and I am trying to use the service.  Nobody is using in my house at home - I shut down my iMac which acts as the AV server for the house specifically to avoid any issues whilst on holiday 😞

Is it because spotify is installed on the ipads used to control the home automation systems (Crestron, Lutron, Sonos)??

Help ... this is really annoying!
