My Question or Issue

Hello, today i was checking my bank account and it seems i am paying for 3 premium accounts, in which one i m using and i should change to student , since i am a university student since 2 years ago.

The other one i am paying for my Brother and third one, i cannot track it. the payment for the third one started in February 2018.

I have checked if  it is connected to my Facebook, but it is not.
somewhere i can get some help?
