paying for premium, account does not recognize it

paying for premium, account does not recognize it

my card has been charged of today for my premium account that ive had for about a year now. i recently got a new phone and when i loggin in, it asked if i wanted to upgrade to premium and all of my playlists gone. ive tried everything, using different emails, user name, and facebook, even contacted spotify, nothing has helped. someone please HALP!
