My android phone would not sync , i tried contact spotify twice with no reply (no not in spam either) so realising i was on my own i tried removing app prom the phone and reloading, didnt help, then i tried removing from my computer and reloading, success the phone now sync's .
Unfortunatly my premium services have diapeared along all will records of payment , i have sent another massage showing my paypal reciept to prove i have paid for premium but am not holding my breath for a reply, where do i go now i am paying for somthing i am not recieving and spending too much time trying to sort out, stressed and anoyed !

I can see you've got an account linked to your Facebook but this is only on the 48 hour trial.

Hi there, I am having the same issue. My desktop recognizes I renewed my premium membership, but my phone says I'm still in free mode... how can I fix this? very annoying when I'm at the gym...

Is your account showing as premium on your online overview?
Its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, so be sure to try your Spotify username as well as your Facebook details.
