paying for premium

So im paying for premium every month but im not getting premium package. Ive tried logging in and out. My phone only allows me to shuffle songs with ads. But my ipad lets me pick songs but still has ads and no other features the premium gets you. Please help sort this I really dont want to have to cancel it ive had it for over a year now and love it.

Thanks for your question.

 

I'm sorry that you have trouble with account of service. Just let me know are you suing right account details? If you are billed, but no premium, most of time there is another billed account from you in system...

 

So what you need to do, just send online contact form and Spotify employee is waiting your post to solve out ASAP.

If your account is still showing as free then you have not logged into the account you have upgraded. Double check your details, its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details. If you can't find your account, don't subscribe again as you might be billed twice, instead get in touch as @user-removed mentions above.

 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Where do I see exactly what my account is showing as? Says at bottom click here for premium. Spotify doesnt allow me to log in via facebook. Only my email address which ive used for over a year. I wish there was someone to speak directly too on a phone all this email and messages getting nowhere. My account got froze couple of month ago but I was still paying. Few people online had similar problem basically said my account was a write off.. but then all of a sudden it was working again with no premium 😕 hmmm

I deleted Spotify Premium before the test version was over but i got a paying announcement from klarna and i called there, but they said i will still get some other bils. Why?What can I Do? I Don´t want to pay money for a service i didn´t used...

Removing spotify doesn't cancel your subscription. You either need to do that here or, probably in the case of klarna, through them.

Hi Peter, I live n Florida, I Lost my computer, in the Hurricane and had to change E mail, I get Spotify and pay for premium, but I get no premium service...  please help
