paying for spotify premium but cant log in

paying for spotify premium but cant log in

i have now been paying for premium since 2010 and now getting error code 3 cant log in to my account at mobile or pc or anywhere.... and i have nerver changed any password or username. i have been paying premium for at least 3months to nothing and i want to cancel my premium order. but how can i do it if i dont have email linked to spotify and i cannot log in ? this program is **bleep**ing **bleep** i im not going to ever use it again. just help me to get **bleep** out of it. going to start listening music some where else.

In this case, can you restart your device and access your account again?


If your account was created with an username and an email address, make sure to use your username and not your email when logging in.


If your account was created with your Facebook profile, make sure to use the Log in with Facebook option and your Facebook details.


If you can access your account after that, you'll be able to cancel your subscription if you want to with these steps.


If you can't access, send us a screenshot of the error so we can check it.
