Hi, guys!

I'm Spotify user for over a year and, in the last three months, it has presented problems in payment. I paid the bill for three months, but the site does not appear the receipt. I need you to see it and URGENT! It's been three months that paid and not use. Passing over two weeks, I will contact my lawyer and we will solve it my way.

There's no need to contact attorneys before you reach out to a company's technical support team. Spotify can't help you with your problem if they don't know about it unfortunately. 

 

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
