payment doesn't go through


My recurring payment didn't go through and I tried to put three different credit cards (all valid, unexpired, with funds and correct) towards the payment to reinstate my premium account. I only get the message that "my bank is having a bad day" and it didn't go through. I tried to pay from phone, browser on computer, and like I had mentioned, from different cards with different banks.

To add to the frustration, in my case not only did the payment not go through, my bank also withheld the amount until Spotify confirms that they operation was rejected and no funds were taken. It has been 13 days in my case and my bank still has the money withheld.
