payment problem in Turkey

i had been using Spotify for a while by a free account on my computer, and i liked it, i decided to buy, i bought it, i used it 1 month without problem. But i got a mail," we couldn't get your payment" at normally, that's impossible because my creidt card had more money than i needed to pay. Spotify sent second mail"don't worry, you are able to use your premium for one week, if you don't pay bill, your premium will be cancelled" i thought, my problem could be about monthly payment, and i tried to buy premium for one year in one time. it will probably solve my problem. yes it worked for 3 days, then i got a mail " your premium was cancelled" but i paid it, that's unacceptable, i lost my premium, moreover i lost my money. is there anyone working?? i don't know why is this system so stupidly?? I hope, someone see this, and give me answer
