payment problem

hi!

i can not use my credit card that i've used for spotify for a year. i contacted my bank, there is no problem with my card also i use this card for another online applications. i'm trying for 4-5 days but nothing is changed. do you guess what the problem is?

im getting 'Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method.' error massege. im also trying all steps in the given link but nothing is changed.
