i did a payment from brazil, it cost 14,90 reais, it debit from my bank like 2 times 10 reais... something its wrong and i need some help

If you go to your Subscription page, when does it says the Premium expires?

yes it does, there is only 30 days at my account... it should be 14,90 reais for 30 days, i paid almost 21,00 reais for 30 days.

when i bought it with credit card, it was showing me 30 days = 14,90.

I cant send email, I cant get a simple awsner how to solve my problem.
