i was trying to get premium and saw a promotion first three months for R$2,00 i was like ok i will get it but when i put my informations it says that something unvalid but i changed everything i can and nothing what is wrong with this

we cant use any of our company cards to renew our premium?? the bank says its a spotify issue?

also the info given to find the link to change card details doesnt exsist in my options when logged in- can you help?
