My Question or Issue

I have tried unsuccessfully to cancel a Premium account that I opened in 2021 because I lost control of user name and password. Apparently it was not cancelled because I am still being charged. What can I do to wipe the slate clean?I have already opened a new account with user name Pie Man. If I resubscribe to Premium the rate will be 12.99, over a dollar less than I have been and still am being charged. But I don't want to risk being charges for 2 accounts.
