Hi I had followed the link to contact spotify about getting my playlist and songs from my deleted fb account to my new spotify account. I am a premium member however I followed the online form and instructions only to be sent an automated message to find answers here.
Is anybody able to assist me as I'm getting frustrated and on the verge of just cancelling my membership I have no access to.

Oh dear, we are sorry to hear that you are contemplating on leaving us. When did you send your request to support?

 

 

(It is always a good idea to reply to the automatic reply for a faster response from Spotify Support. However, please note that responses will be slower on weekends/Holidays)

Hi thanks for your reply. I sent it on Wednesday morning. Iv never submitted a problem but not sure if they will still reply or if the automated message is their reply as it doesn't say someone will be in touch.
When I reply to the automated message it just generates another.
I wouldn't mind but I'm paying for a service I don't have access to at the moment.
