phone app log in

Hi all,

perhaps a daft question BUT...

I downloaded the spotify app to my phone, liked it so started the premium trial.

There is a problem though.

I cannot log into it unless either on my phone or log in with facebook.

I want to start the family version but cant log in anywhere unless I log it with facebook.

As I installed the app... I didn't use a username or password so I am stuck with a facebook log in which I really don't want.

I thought perhaps end the free trial, start a new account and get premium BUT I can't end the trial from my app :0(

Any suggestions?

Hello @baz94!

Do you have access to the email you account was created with? If so, you can use that email and your password to log in.

You can upgrade to a Family plan here. Hope this helps! Keep me posted 🙂

I have solved it now.

Seems that I have to use the email address that I have on my facebook account and also the password I use on facebook.
