quiero adherirme a la cuenta de mi hna por el plan familiar premium, y me pide la direccion de ella, la pongo y me dice que no concuerda por lo tanto no me deja iniciar sesion

Don't worry, our Accounts team can take a closer look at this. You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email addresses.

But before I suggest that the members try using different browsers on their computers (with clear cache) to accept the invitation.
