playback continuously stops with the second permium duo account

Hi, I subscribed a duo account few weeks ago, since yesterday, the second account ( not the administrator ) has problems playing the songs.

Every few seconds the song ( any ) stops and starts again after a short time.
This happens with the windows app, with the web app and with android.

Using the administrator account everything works normally.

 

How to fix the problem?

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

 

Sounds like something's not working as expected with the second Duo account you mentioned. 

 

Since it could be a temporary error, how about performing a clean reinstall of the app across all the devices the account is accessed on? That should make the app ready for a fresh and optimal performance.
