playing music offline

I payed 99KR for spotify premium, and it worked, but now 3 days later i cant listen offline anymore, but it says i still have spotify premium, what do i do?

First of all, have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? You can do this by following the steps here.

Also, when trying to play your offline songs, are you receiving any particular error message?

If you can take a screenshot of it for us, that'd be super helpful.

We'd love to take a closer look at this for you.
