playlists are lost

Hello,

 

two / three days ago i lost all my playlists - all my offline music !!!

i see what i have heared the last days, but that all.

Is there a problem on spotify side?

Hey @mickcgn,

when you got a Premium account please try these steps:
You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
