please help me transfer playlists and followers to new and not linked to facebook account

Hi there,

So after wanting to tear my hair out trying to unlink my facebook from my spotify account as i deactivated my facebook, everytime i logged into spotify my fb would re-activate!! So after many trys i made a new spotify account and i had to make a new email just for it, i have followed all my old playlists. But i had a premium subscription on my old account and followers so i was just wondering if anyone is able to transfer all my old account info over. Or please delete my old account so i can make a new one with the same email etc.

I have never been so frustrated in my life, it is literally impossible to 1. un-link your account with facebook. 2. Delete your spotify account entirely and 3. contact anyone for customer service on spotify other than the "community".

It is so unfair and typical to purposely make things so incredibly difficult.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
