please help, premium customer but can't download

please help, premium customer but can't download

I've been paying for spotify until middle of  March, then I had a subscription through vodafone. I followed the link through the text message used mobile internet NOT wifi, had a text to say i'm on premium. I have my playlist NO adverts and app and computer are saying i'm on the free version. I can't download anything it's driving me crazy!! i've tried uninstalling the app and force close and installing, I've phoned vodafone and they are saying i'm on premium. I have emailed spotify but have had no reply 

 

 

Please can someone help me

Hmm, this sounds odd. Did you make sure to upgrade the existing account and not a new one when you switched to Vodafone's Premium?

What is the case#?

When you contacted Spotify you should have gotten an automated email with the case# on it 🙂 I can use that number to escalate your case to the right team then.
