please help wrong email

hi im new to these boards but i have been using spotify for a while now and i logged in today and checked my account settings and noticed that it had a wrong email address. the thing is i have only ever logged in through facebook and to change my email address i have to put in a password but my facebook password is wrong 

 

i have sent in a case report # 00348737  can a moderator look into this for me and change my email address so i can reset my password please

I set it up with my Facebook and i tried to change my email address as my other one is not in use anymore, and it says change it with fcebook... which i then did so, and spotify still wont let me access my account because it wont change the email address, ive literally just signed up and this is not a good start lol.. 

can anyone give me a hand of how to sort it?

My account is registered on the wrong e-mail address (it's missing a letter) but I am logged in through Facebook so I haven't noticed it until now. I have forgotten my password but can not have it restored/changed since it's sending links to the wrong email-address.

 

I'm stuck! Please help me! I can verify that I am me in other ways if you just help me restore the password so I have access to my account! I need to change my address, country and update to premium.

Make sure you are logged out of any Spotify account when using the contact form or the username and email field will not show up. The same thing pretty much happened to me.I resubscribed only to realize it was to my old spotify.I already paid and tried all my old emails i can remember.My case number is # 05897880

I used the wrong email and I have a premium account

I have the same problem. When I log on, my email is wrong and when I try to change it, it says wrong password. Please help.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

I am having a similar problem. I have put in my email I have linked with my account isn't being used and I have forgotten my password. I also have signed up for premium and wish to cancel it but I can't. Please help!

Hi I have a similar issue and can not log in other than with facebook and therefore can not edit my correct details??? all passwords are going to an old work account

I've created my account through facebook and i have never checked my account details. But today as i was listening through my account, my account started to be used through another computer. I got doubt and i checked my account details and i saw that the stated e-mail addres for my account is not mine and i can't change it because it doesn't accept my facebook password. Please help me through the stuation. İ can still be able to use my account but the e-mail address is not mine and as i have noticed that i haven't been getting any e-mail from spotify so i really have concerns about some third party will get my payment information.
