please read: all my playlists have disappeared

I Went to open spotify this evening and it had logged me out. After logging back in I found that all of my playlists had been deleted 😞 Can anyone please help me?!

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account. If not, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly.

Thanks for your reply. I tried this and it didnt work unfortunately. I have submitted a form to spotify to see if they can rectify thie problem. I hope it gets sorted soon, life is boring without music 😞
