Hello,

I have premium Spotify (I pay by MasterCard) and I get gift card (3 month).

When I add gift card to my account, my payments will be suspend? Or what?

No, the gift card will be applied to your subscription payments starting on your next payment date. Your payments will continue normally after the full gift card amount is spent.
