premium account and playlist disappeared

Pleas hellp me !!!

I have got SPOTIFY with me from more than 3 years.

I change the phone last week

 after downloading the spotify app on the new phone and logon on spotify by facebook (becouse only this way I remember I did it on th begining) all my playlist and premium subcrition are gone.

I tried to logoff from facebook and login with all my e-mails which I have got but nothing happend allway this same answer that this account is connected with facebook.

For the prove that I have got PREMIUM account I can give the 10 digit number from my bill which I paid in this month - P00C1781F2

Just a quick question, did you deactivate your Facebook? Coz that's the only way possible that you can't log in using your Facebook details.
