premium account conflict

premium account conflict

my spotify account is premium and spotify took money from my bank account but although my computer is premium my phone persists on saying that "your account is not premium" i checked both are same accounts but problem still exist.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

Let's try to figure this out. Can you follow these steps for us?

 

  • Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

I am having the same problem but the company keeps telling me to look for answer here on this site.....have u received any help?????

 

I can´t include more people in my family plan. There is a conflict when the other members try to conect to Premium.

It says "whe can´t confirm you live in the same address as the owner of the account"
