premium account is not starting up

premium account is not starting up

I have a premium account but I recently logged in and it keeps saying I have een free account and it seems I cannot change anything. Please help me! What can i do? User 1183689172

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You might be logging into the wrong account.

 

In case you don't have multiple accounts, but can't use the Premium benefits, try reinstalling Spotify to see if it helps.
