premium account not showing premium on desktop

Hi, 

I am using Spotify on my IPhone and have a premium subscription which I pay £9.99 a month for.

I have tried to log in on my desktop but this doesn't show any premium facilities at all and instead asking me to upgrade to premium.

I would like to download some tracks on my desktop, how can I do?
