premium account not working

hello just bought a premium account it doesnt work.. ive got my recieve ticket on my email but it doesnt work i tried every thing but it doesnt work anyone who can help me thank you!

Looks like we are just going to need to wait this one out, @SpotifyStatus tweeted earlier that the issue was resolved, however it appears people are still having issues. It is most likely just the servers having a hard time keeping up with the backlog of upgrades.
