Good morning,

I have a premium account, but since a few days it is set on "free".

Please fix this.

Hey @jayjay84! Thanks for writing.

 

Could you log out of your current session and log back in with your username and password? If your Premium account was created with Facebook, try logging in by clicking on the blue "Log in with Facebook" button. If none of this solves the issue, you can try doing a cache search for your username on your device (desktop and Android only).

Thanks for your reply @JulianObsidian. I tried that already without succes. The issues is on my laptop and iphone.
