I have upgraded my account to premium. However, how come that most of my download playlists are not available everytime i go offline. As far as i know premium account allows me to listen to my playlist even if i dnt have wifi. Please check and fix it. Thanks

Hello.

 

Please try to reinstall spotify

 

1, Uninstall Spotify from "Programs and Features" in Control Panel
2. Remove all spotify folders on your PC
3. Download and run CCleaner, clean and repair your registry.( http://download.cnet.com/CCleaner/ )
4. Restart your pc.
3. Install the latest version of spotify.

Im using my mobile. And updated it last night. Do i need to re install it?

Im using samsung grand duos. I did reinstall spotify already but the still encountering "playlist not available" everytime i go offline. If this will not be fix will cancel my subscription.

Just make sure you cleaned all downloaded data. So you will have to redownload all offline music again.
