hi !! like many others it seems i have upgraded from unlimited to premium but i dont have premium ! i upgraded three days ago n cant acces premium ! i have logged in and out multiple times ! reinstalled twice but it is still the same ! thanks in advance !!

hi tried what you said in email but did not work !!

I have almost the same problem........my account says I have Premium.......my Spotify says Unlimited at the top = no music on my phone!  Irritating....to say the least

I have had the same problem for several month now. I have contacted Spotify support a number of times with no result. I often only get an automail reply saying that Spotify are working on my case. A huge problem with Spotify Support is that a complaint not is followed by one supporter, you get a new for each message you send them. I have sent payment information for documentation but not even got a  comment back!! How many out there have or have had the same problem?

this is ridiculous !!!!! no help wotsoever !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who's your Spotify Star?

when i log in here at spotify.com i seem to have premium but when i start up the client i am still at unlimited status. Is there a way to get this right? Delete the .prefs files and do over?

Hi, i also got the same problem, i registred my spotify a little while ago, but i cant be in offline or get my music list's offline and many tracks that i have heard so much that i cant hear them anymore are still closed. And it is still Unlimited..

Exactly the same problem in here. I payed from Unlimited to premium account on Wednesday, and still no premium access.

 

Website is saying "Premium" so it's validated.

I contacted the support, they replied quickly, but for now advices from support didn't work (for now, I replied them back)

 

And I also tried to uninstall/reinstall , log in / log out many times, I changed my password, but nothing is working.

I linked, or delinked my FB account also, but nothing heh... I don't know what I can do more now.

Why on earth does it take so long to get this fixed......lousy service 

I have a premium account on the webpage and spotify have chargered me for this service. The system says its jolly good but for some reason My clients still aint premium, just unlimited. Will I be refonded or can you sort it out?

I have already logged out from both the laptop and my iphone, several times.

I have reinstalled spotify several times.

I have changed my password.

 

I have exactly the same issues, updated from unlimited to premium 4 days ago, contacted the support team many times, they asked me to send screenshot about spotify app showing unlimited and web site showing premium, but still no solution. This is ridiculous.

I have reinstalled clients, changed password, logged out/in many times, tried on various computers. What else do you need to fix the problem of many?
