i canceled my premium yesterday using my phone and today i got charged for premium... gg spotify

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase and your cancellation? In it, it shows your Spotify username

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout, and be sure to use it to login to your account.

 

You can login to the website to check the status of your subscription here:
 

 

and also check your receipts here:
 
 
With all that info, contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out get a refund if that's what you need. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

Si recibiste por email un recibo de pago, puedes buscar alli el nombre de usuario que tiene Premium.

 

Busca donde dice:

 

Nombre de usuario/ID:  xxxxxxx
 
Dale logout en la app y luego reingresa con ese nombre de usuario, que es el que tiene Premium.
 
Entra al sitio web para ver el estado de suscripcion de tu cuenta:
 
 
Alli puedes cancelar si quieres.
 
Tambien puedes revisar los pagos que se han hecho anteriormente:
