I have a premium spotify account for like 3 years, the payement goes automaticly with my Visa card.

A few days ago, i noticed that my account suddenly changed to "spotify free". 

 

what can i do to get my premium back?

looking at my last Visa report, the 9.99€ was payed.

 

please help

Try to uninstall and reinstall Spotify app, let me know if it helps or not.

I tried it, but it didn't work out. That last Visa report was from last month, so at the end of this month i know if the payement for this month is done. I didn't received a mail or anything like that.

Same thing happened to me at the weekend. My family Premium subscription dropped out saying my last payment failed. My credit card does not expire until March 2017. When I try to renew it says my username/password failed.I have been using Spotify for two years no problems now I can only get free. What's going on?

We have had the exact same problem. we moved to family premium. We paid. 

we stopped the payment on my daughters account and paid the full 14,99 and now her whole account has dissapeared and the other family members were set back to 'free'. We cannot get anyone to reply or to respond to our issue. Setting up a new account seems just another hazardous thing to do. Losing our money again on this is not how we had imagined our partnership with spotify.
