premium downgraded to unlimitef

Hello. Has anyone downgraded to unlimited. It says with unlimited, i cant stream anymore but i can listen to whats sync in. They have charged me 9.99 to 4.99. So i know they got my request. If anyone knows a cent or two about this, plz let me know. Thanks alot

Right now i cant listen to anything. The songs are there but the letterings are dark. Its suppose to be lit. When i click on any song its says i need premium.

Are you trying to play on a mobile device? Mobile is only available on premium.

Yes im trying to play on mobile. it says without premium, i can only play songs thats in my phone. So im guessing i cant search and sync anymore. Which is fine. I dont understand what this 4.99 for. For just the app? Hate how they duck their custumer by not having a phone number.

4.99 is for Spotify Unlimited

To use Spotify on your phone, you need spotify premium, which is generally 9.99

He means he want to listen to his local libary in spotify mobile.
