premium family account member gone

so i had a premium family account,

one of my family member had to hard reset his phone with spotify family premium in ot.

When he download the spotify app and use the same email with his facebook, his premium account becomes a free account.

When i tried inviting him again, there are no options to add another family member, just a invite via email. theres only 1 admin and 4 family members, not 5.

I tried inviting him again with the same email and a new email. It doesnt work too.

please help 😞

Hey @eroszavero

Tell your friend to login into his Spotify profile on his browser here with his email. His username will be displayed after login.

After that, tell him to check the status of his subscription. If everything looks ok (it should say it part of your Family Plan), tell him to logout of the app in his device, and be sure to use that username, instead of his email address, to login to. It's the one with the Premium features.
