My Question or Issue

Apparently i managed to have a Premium Family account for several years and now that i want to get my son on it too.... i must add an address, however whatever i type is refused (works directly in google map though).

Getting the same error for past few days:

There was a problem

Please try again later.

 

Please advise.

Welcome to the Community!

 

First, can you please try to clear your cache/cookies and try again? Using an Incognito Window or a different web browser would be helpful as well.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, please share a screenshot with me of any errors you're seeing, just make sure to hide any sensitive info.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 

 

Just a tiny addition to what @Brunelicia already mentioned. We also suggest you check this help page for more info. You'll find useful steps on how you can change or update the address of your Family plan.

 

It's also important to know that if the exact address doesn't show on the map to be chosen, you must select the closest available address instead of your own. Your Family members must also confirm this address upon confirmation.
