premium family won't allow 3 users at one time...

We are three users who keep bumping each other off. We play music on our iphones and i use my laptop for the "library". Is there a max or something we should be doing?

Hey @Jodihayes,

I think the Family members are trying to listen to music at the same time while being logged into your account. They can only listen to music at the same time when they're logged into their own Spotify account.

If they don't have an account yet, they can sign up on https://spotify.com/signup
