Hello!

I have a problem - month ago we made a premium for family and everything was perfect, but suddenly two members were unsubscribed from it and now 2 of my 5 family members can't subscribe to premium, because there are always an alert that they entered the wrong address, although everything is correct. What should I do?

Hey @zzzane,

 

If you're the Family Admin, send by yourself the link generated through INVITE WITH LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail.

 
Let him accept the invite logged in with his own username in the app and in the website. Also, be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly.
