premium for family

premium for family



I have had Premium for Family since July, and I can see that the amount is taken from my account each month.

But when I try to log on to my account because I want to invite another family member it pops up with Premium Free and I can´t get any further. Very frustrating.

What do I do????

Hey @thorningerslev,

you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
