Can somebody tell me why Spotify cancelled my premium membership? I did not request for it and I am a little bit pissed off that you did without any warning. 

I am also annoyed that after I sent you a email to ask about this you told me to come back to the community help using what seemed like  an automated message when I had a specific question regarding my account.

Your asinine system refused to let me login and told me that I had to update my country and I could only do that by updating my payment terms.

I no longer want your premium membership considering you don't want me judging by your cencellation of my membership without warning. 

So I had to update my payment terms just so I could switch to the free version.

 

Of course your smart people want to make life very difficult by actually charging me up front for the premium membership.

I have already cancelled and I want a full refund. pelase comply with my request or let me know who I should be complaining to as my list of complaints keeps getting longer.
